The task of encouraging more sustainable travel can be challenging but we find small, practical steps (buying local, avoiding single-use plastic, using public transit) can add up to big changes in sustainability. What practical actions do you suggest to encourage more sustainable travel?

Hello everyone, I am 27 and currently graduating my Master in Sustainable Tourism Development and I would really love to work in that field. As it is quite difficult to find a job I thought I ask for swarm intellligence! Have you any recommendations for job options or companies / organisations? I see that a lot of bloggers, in their bios, write things like "My goal is to inspire people to travel." It makes me wonder: is that really what we should do? Do we really want more people to travel, given all of the climate and sustainability consequences that can arise from travel? Or should we be encouraging people to travel better rather than more? And if so, how?
