🌍 I am a lifelong traveler and a hospitality entrepreneur with a focus on sustainability and impact. As co-founder of Heart Core Hotels, I launched boutique eco-luxury properties in Hawaii and California designed to inspire conscious travel while minimizing environmental footprint.

🧳 Through our sister nonprofit, Heart Core Fund, we aim to make the tourism industry more inclusive by funding scholarship trips for disadvantaged youth, helping them experience the life-changing, healing power of travel.

🥢 My passion for mindful culinary tourism comes alive in my Anthony Bourdain-inspired blog, Around the World in 80 Flavors, where I share food stories & tips that celebrate the connection between cuisines, people, and places. This journey also led me to publishing a children’s book which encourages young readers to discover the world through flavors.
