I’m exploring QuotaTrip and would love to hear from anyone who has firsthand experience using their platform. From what I understand, QuotaTrip works on a subscription-based model where travelagents pay to receive traveler inquiries, and then the platform takes a commission once a booking is confirmed. I’m curious about how this works in practice: Are the traveler requests genuine and convertible? Are they exclusive or sent to multiple agencies? Does the subscription fee plus commission structure make the ...

Hey guys, I'm one of the co-founders of hoppswap.com — a home swapping platform matching people through their shared interests and lifestyle. I'm looking for some feedback. Home swapping isn't new but the awareness of the concept is still early days. 3 in 10 are aware of it globally, yet 1 in 10 actually make use of it according to the data. There seems to be a pull into 'living like a local' over the last few year as well as being able to save costs through swapping homes. I'd be interested ...
Amazon could be launching a marketplace where media sites can sell their content to AI companies. According to sources, the e-commerce giant has been alerting publishing executives of their plans ahead of an AWS conference this week.
I’m part of a small team working with independent tourism businesses in Northern Thailand. We’ve noticed that many local operators struggle not because of a lack of quality or interest, but because demand is highly irregular. Busy seasons can be strong, but the gaps in between are difficult to manage. We’re still trying to understand what actually helps small tourism businesses stay sustainable under these conditions. I’d really value insights or examples from other regions: what strategies have you seen ...
Recently, I've seen new no-commission marketplace and all-in-one travel apps. On paper, they look promising, zero fees, premium donations, and a promise of high value travelers. I have found out lately, not everything that glitters is gold. In a world of AI-generated outreach and anonymous stealth mode startups, I'm curious how other operators are protecting their time and data. For me, the No-Go list is growing, I've started looking for: - Verified team: Can I find the founders on LinkedIn? - Data ...
I'm doing a compilation of top "M" places. So far I've gone to Malta, Malaga, Miami, Malaysia, Monaco, Morocco. Maldives or Myanmar (though costly!) possibly next - or any recommendations? Thanks.
I’m currently building a tour-selling website for my company (Jema Safaris & Tours in Tanzania), and I’m stuck on a decision that I think many tour operators face: Should I use a travel booking engine plugin (or embedded booking system)… or should I build my own itinerary/booking flow using my website builder? On one side, travel engine plugins promise speed and automation. On the other side, custom itinerary pages give full control over storytelling and branding — which is critical for selling safaris ...
I’ve been noticing that flights to classic charter destinations like Greece seem to depart insanely early in the morning lately. I’m talking 5–7 am takeoffs that basically require getting up in the middle of the night. I get that airlines want to maximize aircraft usage and avoid congestion later in the day, but it still feels extreme compared to how it used to be. For me this is a real downside, because I almost pick destinations based on flight times alone. I really hate starting a trip already exhausted ...
I've been asked to provide Terms and Conditions for a proposal to take UK school groups out on excursions that include activities and short hikes in Spain (with their teachers).
