My interest in tourism and hospitality was sparked by the environment I grew up in, seeing my dad’s friends open hotels, real estate projects, apartments, and amusement park attractions. I’m a traveler myself: born in Vietnam, raised in Ukraine, and currently living in Berlin.

I’ve worked in SaaS for the hotel industry in the past, as well as directly in hotel operations. I also took a gap of a couple of years, and now I’m back in hospitality. I can say the industry has developed rapidly, especially in the tech sector.

As a Partner Manager at Customer Alliance, I’m excited to connect with you, share our partnership program, and inspire each other. Our platform is a very useful tool for hotels to centralize data and reviews in one dashboard. Travelers won’t be forgotten either, any complaints are handled with care and empathy.
