A mother, her GenZ daughter, a map of the world..an education in global citizenship. Took a six month journey around the world exploring cultures and communities rising above their personal and collective challenges. Kasha, at 16, interviewed and shot extensive footage and completed a feature length documentary film called The Sunrise Storyteller (c) as well as a 208 photography book of reflections. She also writes a blog on responsible/sustainable tourism. The film premiered at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in 2017 and has since screened at 60 International film festivals and won 30 awards to date.
