I started Real Work From Anywhere after seeing all the big remote job boards are full of location-specific remote jobs. For example, Remote US only jobs, which means you need to reside in US to be able to apply for that position. It's a time waste for those who aspire a digital nomad lifestyle. So, I wanted to build a simple site to curate fully globally remote jobs which I can work from anywhere in the world.
We have filters for various job categories and you can subscribe to receive job alerts via email.

Do you have a filter for timezone of the employer HQ? I have met a few digital nomads who work for US companies and while they are "fully remote" they need to be available during US hours (either East or West Coast). This would be valuable information for candidates.

I think the jobs advertised should include renumeration details or payment brackets so people are more likely to apply if interested.
There seem to be many "old" positions listed too.
Yeah, I am trying to include the compensation details too.
I am indicating the date posted to let users know if the listing is old. The general rule of thumb is that job postings are active for 30 days.

Not really accurate that this is the first. Dynamite Jobs has been around for years, remote-only positions. And they're ads placed by the hiring managers or company founders directly, not scraped from other job boards, so you know they're legit and current.
Not even close! I just went to Dynamite jobs and saw that all the jobs on the home page is restricted to a certain location.
Real Work From Anywhere is all about 100% fully work from anywhere jobs.
Also your argument doesn't hold if you can trust jobs on Dynamite Jobs which is also a job board, why not other job boards, your statement is ironic.
We curate straight from the company career pages so that you can find jobs that you can't find in any other job boards.

Hmmmmm...very first job I looked at, once I clicked through on the link to apply, says " Be aware of the location restriction for this remote position: USA Only"

Thanks for flagging it. I curate all the jobs myself. But there are some edge cases where some job listings may make it through my filtering.
