I’m the founder and CEO of Shiitake Creative, a Tokyo-based creative agency helping travel destinations and brands connect with international audiences through strategy, branding, content, and promotion.

I’m also the co-founder of the Japan Travel Awards, which recognizes initiatives making travel in Japan more inclusive, sustainable, and meaningful. Shiitake Creative also helps lead the Tokyo chapter of Travel Massive, bringing together people from across Japan’s travel industry and beyond.
