Invisible Cities is a social enterprise that trains people who have experienced homelessness to become walking tour guides of their own city.
We don’t believe in labels or stereotypes. We want to show that everyone has great potential, a fact reflected in our tour guides.
Our training focuses on confidence building, public speaking and customer service. We partner with professional tour guides to build bespoke tours and practice our routes. We offer tours in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and York.

Just brilliant!
Love the concept Zakia!
This is such a brilliant concept on so many levels. Have you been approached by cities outside of the UK about your project? I feel many cities around the world could learn from and implement similar initiatives to do good.
This sounds amazing! Such good work.
Love this initiative, wonderful for everyone all around!
