About me

Hi, I’m Monika.

I was born in the Czech Republic and relocated to Spain in 2023.

I work as a professional connector and introducer for the off-market hospitality, real estate assets and luxury assets. I support investors and sellers in finding the right solutions and people.

My added value is straightforward:

I take your mandate and objectives seriously.
I work discreetly, invest real time and effort, and stay engaged until the right outcome is achieved.
My professional network is the core asset behind everything I do.

My focus is always on finding solutions, not creating friction.
I enjoy bringing the right people together so deals can move forward efficiently and all parties are aligned.

My work includes:

Sourcing and presenting off-market real estate, hospitality, and luxury assets.
Making strategic introductions, managing communication, and supporting the process from start to finish.

I dedicate time, structure the search, coordinate the right professionals, and move the process forward with precision, discretion, and accountability.

My network is strongest in Europe, with global reach when the mandate requires it.

If you value commitment over exposure, effort over promises, and results over noise, we will likely work well together.
