I am vegetarian, sometimes vegan, and I always use the Happy Cow website/app when I travel. It has all the best vegetarian and vegan restaurants around the world. I travelled to China with my vegan sister and we had no issues finding vegan restaurants and in fact, had some of the best vegan food we've ever had! Highly recommend

There are plenty of those in Taipei, as about 10-15% of Taiwan's population is vegetarian.
