There are 13 bedrooms (8 double and 5 single bedrooms) with 9 bathrooms, perfect equipped coworking spaces and private call room, shared kitchen, huge dinning and living room, gaming zone, relaxing zone, huge garden with different kinds of areas for all your needs and interests and much much more.
In the garden you will find open-air coworking space, area for sports activities, gaming, basketball hoop, hammock area, and more.
Opened in 2022, we provide digital nomads the opportunity to live, work, meet and just enjoy life, toghether on the Bulgarian seaside.

We are Tony and Katya – founders of Burgas Coliving & Coworking. A great place with perfect condition for everyone who wants to explore the beautiful Black Sea coast in Bulgaria.
We both love to travel around the world, to find different places and to meet different people. Unfortunately our life and work in Burgas don’t let us to be out of the city for a long time, so we decided to invite the world come to us!
