Working at a SaaS reputation management company, I know that reputation management cannot be ignored by hotels, travelers and guests expect empathy and loyalty. Another trend I’m looking forward to is F&B innovation 🥗, which stands out as a key highlight.
Thanks for sharing, Nardus! It’s interesting to see the parallels, just like in luxury retail, hospitality brands are increasingly focusing on tech adoption and storytelling to enhance the guest experience. Hope you're having an amazing and successful year 2026!
I'm seeing community spaces being a possible trend — with hotels making (and designing) welcoming spaces for co-working and small events that cater to locals as well as guests.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Ian! Totally agree, hotels that invest in community-driven spaces are turning their properties into local hubs, not only just accommodations! A great example of this was the Travel Massive Berlin event last week at the MOA Hotel. It was a great choice for a community event like this, thanks to the organizers! 👍🏼

For myself in the PR side of luxury retail, its to get us to showcase as tech-adaptive and great at storytelling for our brand!
