Working at a SaaS reputation management company, I know that reputation management cannot be ignored by hotels, travelers and guests expect empathy and loyalty. Another trend I’m looking forward to is F&B innovation 🥗, which stands out as a key highlight.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Ian! Totally agree, hotels that invest in community-driven spaces are turning their properties into local hubs, not only just accommodations! A great example of this was the Travel Massive Berlin event last week at the MOA Hotel. It was a great choice for a community event like this, thanks to the organizers! 👍🏼
