I am a health, wellness and travel writer and blogger. I love inspiring others to explore the world sustainably. I am also a huge proponent of getting outside to play and encouraging people to get out of their comfort zones.
I have several niches I write about and these include outdoor adventure, the more adrenaline the better for this gal! I also love covering sustainability and wine.
Prior to travel writing and content creation, I worked in corporate marketing in the natural health products industry. I also taught fitness classes. During this time, I wrote numerous health and fitness-related articles before diving in to travel writing. I now love to combine the two with wellness travel.
When I'm not travelling or writing about my travels, I enjoy public speaking and have been a speaker at several conferences for travel writers and bloggers.
I would love to network with other travel journalists who are based in Vancouver.
This is such a tough question to answer, but I get asked all the time so here goes. I live in Vancouver, BC and I adore my city and coming home, but my favourite travel destination so far has to be Barcelona, followed by Nice.
An African Safari is very high up on my bucket list.
