As an American living in Madrid, Spain, I found myself at a crossroads in 2011. With a background in food and tourism, I decided to start a food tourism business in Spain.

Devour Tours offers award-winning cultural tours throughout Spain (with a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, & San Sebastian) where we proudly share each city's unique gastronomy and local history and traditions with visitors. We believe in supporting small family-run businesses and working in an ethical and responsible way.

I am also the publisher of the popular travel and food blog called Spanish Sabores, a website dedicated to culinary tourism in Spain and traditional Spanish recipes.

I bought a ruin in a tiny Spanish town with a population of 22 people! I'll soon start renovations to turn it into a Casa Rural (boutique cottage). Follow the project on my blog!
