Here's some photos I took at a beautiful old castle surrounded by water just outside the capital of Lithuania. The lake is dotted with small village restaurants and cafes. You can rent a row or paddle boat to go in the lake around the castle.

This is such a great day trip to take from the capital Vilnius! Locals always come to Trakai to grab "kibinai" which are the local pastries filled with meat or other fillings, highly recommend
