We believe there is enormous value in the expertise of trip planners and travel advisors. Unfortunately most of the industry is going towards transactional purchases on travel aggregators and trip planned by "AI". In the end, travelers are getting reduction in choice and value. By connecting them (even the ones who have never used an advisor before) with experts to plan a trip for them, they save time and headaches - not to mention getting an incredible curated journey just for them. At the basis of our marketplace is a powerful software suite, which on its own is a great tool to improve the daily workflow of advisors. Our advantage there is that advisors can promote themselves, acquire and collaborate with clients, and manage their daily work all in one place.
This also means that the itineraries in our platform are immersive and interactive, connected with metadata. You're not just looking at a photo of a piece of art, but you can touch and feel it!
We've been targeting popular destinations like Italy, Thailand, and Costa Rica and expanding regionally from there. We're happy to hear from any local teams working in those areas!
Ravel is a unique app since it gives you a closer look on a true genuine people experience. It is not like the same catalogue like trips which most travel agencies offer.
To me it is like dinning in a fast food chain vs going to a fine dine restuarant
