My name is Martin, and I'm navigating the exciting yet challenging journey of being a first-time cofounder and product leader. We're currently in the process of refining the second iteration of our MVP. As we prepare for our beta launch, our primary goal is to nail down product-market fit.
From what I've gathered, product-market fit seems to encompass two major areas: our vision (our definition of success and the unique value we aim to deliver to our users) as founders and the empirical data or benchmarks set by others who've successfully launched in similar markets.

I'm excited to share a side project with the Travel Massive community that I've co-founded called Goodwalks.co — it's a city exploration game which combines puzzle solving and storytelling into a fun self-guided city tour.
I've been coding the tech and game engine, while @bryon-merzeo has been making games in various cities on his family travels. Our games don't require any software or apps to be downloaded, all you need is a mobile web browser to play.
🌍 Goodwalks are currently available in Sydney & Manly, Tasmania (where I live), and Wisconsin, USA. We're working on some European cities right now.

How it started: We originally developed walking tours in Sydney in 2021, hosting more than 2000 players along our trails with an average of 4.9 ⭐️ reviews! Then Sydney's lockdown started and our games were all closed down 😢 After things re-opened, we decided to fix up our trails (many streets in Sydney had changed in 1.5 years!) and relaunch our games under our own name — Goodwalks!

I led the Sydney Travel Massive chapter for a number of years, and am now out of Australia traveling with my family. I'm making Goodwalks in each cool city we visit, so stay tuned for some European riddles soon!

The backend game builder spreadsheet is really easy for non-coders like me, and it's fun to play test your own games as you create them! The Google sheet contains the game data such as riddles / answers / hints, and updates the game immediately.
