About me

After spending seven years in New York City working as a full-time writer and editor at Budget Travel magazine and The Points Guy, Kaeli sold everything, left her cushy NYC apartment and followed to her heart to Australia. Just back from an epic two-month solo road trip through the Outback, Kaeli has returned to freelance writing and is enjoying all the freedom that comes along with it. She loves constantly being surrounded by different accents, traveling solo and that feeling you get when you’re wandering aimlessly in a new city. Her writing has been featured by Budget Travel and The Points Guy as well as CNN Travel, Fox News Travel, NBC News Travel, Yahoo Travel, Huffington Post Travel and in the Fodor’s Australia guidebook.
