Q&AThere's no good answer to that because there are so many GREAT places to go! I do particularly love Namibia though.
Where do you dream of traveling to?
Q&AYes. Seriously. Where DON'T I dream of traveling too, right? I'm kinda hooked on Guam these days though.

I mean, I know primarily of North America associations that are chock full o' guides, if that's of interest to you? I'd try reaching out to America Outdoors, AMGA, perhaps The American Alpine Club (and Alpine Club of Canada), etc. etc.
