I’m Daniel, and I founded Urban Challenger with my brother Simon. We’ve traveled a lot together and often gave ourselves little challenges and tasks while exploring cities. Getting in a playful mode is great while traveling, as you become more open, curious, and brave to do things you wouldn’t usually dare to do.
In Berlin, we run team-building events for companies with our game and have great success with it. Among our customers are Facebook, Audible, Babbel, DeliveryHero, Bayer, and many more. The game can also be played in a group of friends in a self-directed fashion (without a facilitator).
In the next few months, we will expand to new cities in Europe and are looking for local partners who can help us get started locally and operate team-building events in their cities. Reach out to me if you want to partner with us. I am looking forward to connecting!
I played this game during the Bansko Nomad Fest 2022 and it was so much fun using the app. I really liked the concept of the tasks being changed between team member phones so the team stays together all the time and completes everything together. Great job! Oh, and we won! 🏆
