Just got it installed and using here in London - getting 100 Mbps download speeds! 🚀
Small bit of feedback. On iOS 17 tapping "Begin installation" didn't do anything. I had to find the instructions elsewhere in the app and copy/paste the codes in my settings.
Just got back from UK and used Jetpac for the whole trip! Super fast speeds and very reliable! It was waaay better than my Australian roaming and also Airalo (it has patchy service).
One bit of feedback, please send an SMS when you are close to using all your data (eg 90%). I maxed out my data and only knew when the message came in. Luckily this happened at the airport on my departure so wasn’t a big deal.

Hi Pearlyn and the Jetpac team! I was honoured to be invited to try out Jetpac and it's such a seamless eSIM service on the travel market. Definitely one of the top contenders!
Agree, I used it for 2nd time on a recent trip to US and CA (and in Korea on the way) and it worked flawlessly and with super fast speeds.
used it in multiple countries. worked like a charm!
A few more bits of feedback:
1. The app logs me out after < a week so I have to sign in again, which is kind annoying. Can you please extend the cookie expiration for the session.
2. I can’t see how much data I have left in the app.
3. It’s not clear how to add more data, so I just purchased a new pack.
