About me

We are Summer and Bill. We run a new outdoor and travel blog over at Adventureite.com. When we aren't out on road trips with our son and dogs, we are usually busy in our small town in New Mexico.

Why did you join the community?

We want to connect with other bloggers in the travel and outdoor space.

What is your favorite travel destination?

Probably the Grand Canyon because of its sheer size. Standing on the South Rim and looking out over it is one of the few times I have ever felt awestruck.

Where do you dream of traveling to?

South America. The culture and land is so rich and vibrant.

What was your first travel job?

Sadly other than blogging about our travels I have never worked in the travel industry.

What do you want to learn more about?

The history of New Mexico and the native people who live(ed) here.

Three words that describe why we should travel?

To feel alive
