My name is Plamen and I am passionate about travelling and building bridges between communities and cultures.

Born and raised in Bulgaria and having lived in four different countries from different continents, I love the challenge of adapting to a new place, its people, customs and traditions, embracing fully the local culture.

Having studied Tourism, Management and Entrepreneurship and worked in three different continents, I came back to my home country to implement my ideas into exciting travel projects. After Covid hit, we pivoted and shifted our attention towards the remote workers. In Nomad Balkans, we offer hand-crafted team retreat experiences for remote working companies with distributed teams. We also offer Workation experiences for those individuals willing to replace temporarily their home office for an inspiring location in the Bulgarian mountain or seaside, city or village.
