Max is the Founding Designer at Troupe, where he's building a web-based application aimed at taking the headache out of group travel. Prior to Troupe, he was a Product Designer at Percolate (now Seismic), where he led design efforts for the Core product area, focusing on settings architecture, metadata management, user roles/permissions, object sharing, and login flows.

Before changing careers to pursue his love of building beautiful digital products, he worked in Sales and Partnerships at Google for 4 years, managing YouTube creators and learning everything there is to know about the Google Ads ecosystem. Because he once wanted to be a diplomat, he has a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University and knows more global capitals than he's comfortable admitting to.
