Listial Boyce has over 35 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. An alumnus of Harrison College he transitioned from a science background to the business arena attending the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill) graduating with a BSc in Management Studies.

His work experience started in the family business of Boyce's Garage and Taxi Service which was a leading provider of ground transportation services for the tourism sector as a teenager moving from entry-level to Operations Manager and Director.

He founded Boyce's Tours Inc. (sightseeing and land packages), co-founded Island Magic Barbados (a full-service destination management company serving Barbados and the wider Caribbean), and Preferred Cruises & Vacations.

His professional experience and training have been enhanced with membership in several regional and international industry associations including BHTA, CTO, CHTA, ASTA, SITE, TLPA, MPI, and NACOA.

His personal interests include sports especially athletics, cricket, hockey; traveling, culture, music, history, culinary and current events with Caribbean integration holding a special place.
