Spain - I spent 2 months walking the Camino de Santiago and experiencing the country on foot made me fall in love with the food, people, and heritage stronger than anywhere else I've been.
New Zealand has always been on the top of my list - between the views of nature, food, and cultural preservation, it's always been a dream
I interned a destination management organization and helped bring more people to our region. It was fun to experience my hometown from a tourist POV and I learned to appreciate and find it more.

I feel you Ian! My mom recently has become wheelchair bound and travel planning looks A LOT different now. I'm grateful to still be able to take her on trips, but I agree that getting to/out of the airport and making sure the destination has easy places... show more
