✈️ A commercially driven marketing leader with a strong track record of accelerating growth across global travel, leisure and aviation brands and high-value destination portfolios. Matthew has led integrated marketing, digital, CRM, ecommerce and communications functions within FTSE 100 and international organisations, building high-performing multidisciplinary teams across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

In 2024, he joined FINN Partners as Senior Vice President, Travel & Tourism, leading marketing and communications for destinations such as Experience Oman, Destination DC, Visit Greater Palm Springs, and Fort Myers – Islands, Beaches & Neighborhoods. He now operates as a freelance marketer and serves as Director of Marketing & Brand Partnerships for Family Traveller Live and Sailawaze Live. He is also a member of the ITT’s Education and Training Committee and a Content Advisor to World Travel Market.

A keynote speaker, Matthew has presented at numerous conferences including Air Convention Digital Week, Eye for Travel, Social Media London Live, The National Hotel Marketing Conference and Global Insight’s Travel Marketing Conference. In 2024 Matthew was host of WTM's Marketing Summit and will again host the marketing track in 2025. Recently he was also a guest on Daniel Rowles' Digital Marketing Podcast talking about "The Changing User Journey - Lessons from the Travel Industry in the Age of AI."
