The Blue Eye A natural water spring in Southern Albania with crystal clear turquoise waters

A 30 minute drive from the coastal tourist town of Sarandë, the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër in Albanian) is a natural water spring with incredibly clear water depending on conditions. Locals claiming it is truly bottomless! Lush shades of greenery paired with sparkling waters give a fantastic mix of colours and a very 'natural' vibe.

Looks lovely! Reminds me of the waters at Plitvice Lakes in Croatia. The whole Balkans are full of gorgeous natural water springs!

I loved visiting here! It was so magical. The Blue eye is located in a dense national park and it feels like you are completely in another world. Really cool place to visit.
