I am very grateful that my parents took me camping and traveling in my youth. They let the somewhat wild "Warren boys" have many outdoor & travel adventures. Fortunately I have not killed myself in my youth and adult adventures.... :-)
Since then I have spent almost 26 years dedicated to traveling, connecting and helping fellow global travel professionals expand their travel, tourism and hospitality business and career dreams. I do this as an author, speaker, trainer, podcast host, consultant, coach, business exit advisor, M&A advisor, tour operator with my brother and social entrepreneur.
The adventure continue. I live in Sonoma Wine Country, CA, love the outdoors, gardening, connecting with peers, business, giving back and adventures of all kinds :-)

I dream more about the cultural exchange and experience with people more than the location. Humans are awesome.
