About me

Hi, I’m Gabriella! My passion for travel and hospitality began early, growing up in a family-run winery and guesthouse in Bogács, a countryside town in northeast Hungary. Hospitality quickly became a natural part of life rather than just a profession.

My curiosity for the world deepened during my first Erasmus exchange in Finland, where I discovered a love for travel, cultures, and nature. I later earned my Bachelor’s degree in Innovation and Management in Tourism at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and began building my career in hospitality.

I’ve worked across a range of operational roles — from waitress and receptionist to Front Office Manager and General Manager — gaining hands-on experience before moving into my current role as a Sales Manager in Hotel Tech SaaS.

Travel remains a core passion, and in 2025 I spent five months solo traveling across Asia. This experience broadened my perspective on guest expectations and hospitality standards across cultures. Today, I use these insights to help hospitality businesses understand the value of guest satisfaction and the importance of truly listening to their guests. While it’s impossible to please everyone, every guest voice matters — and showing genuine care makes the difference.
