Hello, travelers!
We hope that you're having a wonderful summer. We're having a very productive one.

Here’s what’s we released in the last couple of weeks:

1. Gmail Auto-Scan
Automatically import your flights from Gmail – no copy-pasting or forwarding needed. Just connect your Gmail account once and we’ll detect bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Secure & private. We don’t store your emails and we don't train our models on your data
• Fully verified by Google CASA
• Available to everyone – import up to 5 flights for free, unlimited for Pro users
You can enable it in the Import & Sync section in the app.
Also new: email forwarding is now available to free users too – up to 5 imported flights!

2. Friend’s Flights
Track flights for friends and family without mixing them into your personal stats. Just select who’s flying and keep your own travel history clean and accurate.

3. Wear OS Support
Our first Wear OS app version passed the Beta stage and now live! Stay updated from your wrist – and soon we’ll be adding check-in and boarding times, watch face widgets, and more.

4. Lifetime Pro
A one-time payment for Pro access — forever. No subscriptions, no fuss.

5. Transfers & eSIMs, now in-flight
Book a transfer to or from the airport with Welcome Pickups or buy a tourist eSIM with Airalo — all right from the flight details screen.

6. Filter by Flight
Source In Flights Tab, you can filter your flights based on where they came from - whether they were added through search results, synced from your calendar, imported from emails or other apps.

7. Codeshare Flight Filter
We’ve added a new filter to the flight search screen: You can now choose whether to include or hide codeshare flights, giving you more control and clarity when searching.

8. More Ways to Sign In
You can now sign in using:
• Any email address with Magic Link
• Apple ID on Android
Both platforms now have the same sign-in options.

9. More options for Manual Flight
• Add or edit scheduled and actual times (for delays)
• Support for Diverted and Canceled flights

10. Smoother, faster, better
We’ve cleaned up the UI, improved performance, and fixed dozens of small bugs. The app is now cleaner, faster, and easier to use.

Thanks for flying with byAir and stay tuned – more exciting updates coming soon 🤫

Hi Maxim, thanks for sharing your updates and lots of new features!

One question about friend's flights. Is there a similar option but in reverse? e.g. Where I can share a series of flights (e.g. this trip to Vietnam for our conference) with friends. I also wish there was a way to export some flights in text-based format so it's easy to print out (e.g. a hardcopy itinerary) or simply share in an email in text format.

Hey Ian,

We’re planning to introduce more advanced (automatic) flight sharing soon. For now, you can share flights individually (via link, image, or Instagram Stories) and even share a picture of your trip.

It’s not perfect yet, but we’re working to improve it – thanks a lot for these ideas!
