We're building TripProf: one place to plan, organize, and remember every trip

Hi Travel Massive community!

We created TripProf because planning a trip often means switching between multiple apps, notes, screenshots, maps, documents, chats, and spreadsheets. This becomes even more complicated when people travel together.

Group trips bring additional challenges: coordinating different preferences, agreeing on an itinerary, keeping everyone informed about changes, managing shared bookings and documents, tracking group expenses, and calculating who owes whom. Important information can easily get lost across different group chats and applications.

TripProf brings the key parts of a journey together in one place. Travelers can:

• Create a personalized travel guide for their destination
• Build and organize a day-by-day itinerary
• Keep important trip information, tickets, and documents together
• Track individual and shared expenses
• Split costs between selected group members
• Record who paid and calculate outstanding balances
• Create a packing list and prepare for the trip
• Keep useful information accessible during the journey

Our goal is not simply to create another travel-planning app. We want to build a practical travel companion that helps both individual travelers and groups feel more prepared, organized, and confident before and during their journeys.

TripProf is still growing, and feedback from real travelers and travel professionals is extremely important to us.

We would especially love to learn:
