I’ve always loved the process of travel, but I noticed a recurring friction point: no matter how great the destination was, the planning phase for groups was always a mess. It felt like I was constantly "herding cats"—juggling fragmented group chats, missed emails, and misaligned expectations.

I wanted to find a better way to stay in sync, so I spent my time outside of my day job building bothways.app.

I wanted to stop spending my vacations acting as a project manager and start spending them enjoying the trip. I built bothways as a clean, simple space to share itineraries that keeps everyone on the same page without the clutter.
