Talk Euro Travel over Happy Hour at Common Space Brewery in Hawthorne, CA 90250 on Monday, May 9, 2022 between 3:30 and 7 pm — cause it's always five o'clock somewhere, and who doesn't need a drink 🍻 🍷 🥂 the day after Mother's Day?
Let's meet for a pint of beer, seltzer or soda accompanied by a typical German Brotzeit (think cheese + charcuterie board) followed by a gummibear extravaganza and, most importantly, get an update on what it's like to travel in and across Europe.
🙋♀️ About the hosts
Travel Massive members Sandra & Sascha -- aka 'Ze' Germans -- are coming to Los Angeles. They'll share updates from their homeland of Germany, but also what traveling in Europe is like these days. They'll share personal experience, resources and travel tips.
Sascha represents the 17 Historic Highlights of Germany 🇩🇪: Heritage cities like Heidelberg, Trier, Würzburg, Potsdam, beautiful university towns that are close to big cities and major airports, yet uniquely different and full of discoveries, plus great local food +drinks.
Sandra is the co-founder of boutique tour operator Inside Europe. When Sascha interned with her company way back then, they became best friends and continued working together since. Originally, these two had planned to host an TMLA event in 2020, but better late than never, right?
🍻 About the event
Hosted happy hour with appetizers, in a laid back setting, an opportunity to network for TMLA members and travel advisors interested in hearing first hand about current Europe + Germany travel.
Please RSVP so we know who is coming and can plan in accordance. Hosts will be at the brewery from 3:30 pm to 7 pm, but you can just drop in for an hour, too.
And if you decide to drink more than a pint, we recommend using a ride share service or bring a designated driver. Parking is free and easy.
