An avid traveller with a professional background in outdoor leadership, environmental education, tour guiding, conservation management and event planning. Together with 18 years as a yoga teacher and my passion for getting off the beaten path, I have followed my calling to facilitate people finding connection in nature, and in turn, connection to self - a much needed remedy in these often disconnected times.

My experiential travel experiences allow people to unplug from modern daily life, to immerse in nature bound journeys and experience steps to wellness and positive change - positive change both personally and to the world around us.

Passionate about instilling the values of giving back to both the earth and global community, Wild Awake endeavours to support conservation or social enterprise projects in need wherever we go. To date, we have successfully supported for several years manta ray research in Indonesia and sea turtle conservation in Sri Lanka - and social enterprise projects on the horizon.

Trip styles include whale swim retreats in Tonga, Soul Safaris in Sri Lanka, social enterprise projects in Cambodia, classical immersion yoga retreats in Indonesia, Yoga & Hiking in New Zealand.
