About me

I am the Creative Director for the family-owned travel publishing company Ginkgo Press and Eat Smart Culinary Travel. I have a degree in Graphic Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Since 1997 I have provided all creative and marketing support for the award-winning Eat Smart culinary guidebooks. I have been assisting or leading the Eat Smart culinary tours to India, Indonesia, Jordan, Morocco, Portugal, Sicily, and Turkey since 2005. I am also the co-founder of the Travel Publishers Association, a group of independent travel publishers whose members offer fabulous information allowing budget travelers, business officials, families, art lovers, motor-home owners and intrepid explorers to plan their own trips starting at their local library and bookstore.
