By improving events, and tourism operations and facilities, we have the opportunity of enhancing our world. I'm particularly passionate about employee engagement, change management and ongoing implementation. Sustainability is about responsibly considering the inherent connectivity of our world; these systems of people, institutions, finances, resources and the natural environment must all be considered when making decisions and taking actions. By engaging others, making conscious choices and planning for our future, we can not only optimize organizational effectiveness and we can improve our communities, leaving a better world for generations to come.

I worked in a translation department. Fun fact, at the time I only spoke English and American Sign Language. Now I have added Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese to the list. I am currently learning Turkish!
