I’m an adventure-led storyteller and wellness practitioner bridging place-based travel, spiritual growth, and cultural psychology. As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, I’ve documented hundreds of New York City experiences—now expanding my wanderings globally: from the Middle East to my upcoming spiritual expedition to Tibet. With an M.A. in Clinical Psychology & Education from Columbia Teachers College, I weave personal transformation, cultural immersion, and wellness into every journey. My voice supports entrepreneurs, parents, and seekers in exploring place not just as a backdrop—but as a catalyst for healing and discovery.
Why did you join the community?
Q&AThis felt like my kind of people—storytellers who travel with intention. I’m a wellness wayfinder, Google Local Guide, and civil servant who uses storytelling to connect culture, place, and purpose. Travel helps me design a more meaningful life. I’m here to meet folks who move with heart and tell rich stories along the way.
What is your favorite travel destination?
Q&ADubai back in 2015. It felt fresh, inspiring, and futuristic in a way that still honored tradition. The city was electric, and I loved the mix of art, architecture, and elegance. I know it gets a lot of buzz now, but when I went, it was magic.
Where do you dream of traveling to?
Q&AEgypt and Machu Picchu. I’ve always been drawn to ancient civilizations—places where the land still holds memory. I want to walk sacred spaces, feel their stories, and honor cultures that speak through artifacts more than words.
What was your first travel job?
Q&AI was a Data Collection Engineer for AT&T, traveling 24/7 to connect remotely to cell towers across the U.S. I stayed in a new hotel every few days, soaking up the energy of each place. That rhythm led me to storytelling and eventually to becoming a Google Local Guide.
What do you want to learn more about?
Q&AI’m curious about how travel can be healing—especially for women and caregivers. I want to explore how emotional wellness, storytelling, and cultural immersion can support burnout recovery. As a mom, I also explore how travel and world schooling can shape global citizenship in kids.
Three words that describe why we should travel?

This is so well said. As a mom and storyteller preparing for a soul-rooted journey to Tibet, I’ve been reflecting on how travel isn’t just a personal awakening—it can be a powerful model for how we teach the next generation. I’m raising my son to see t... show more
