Hoang Phuong Thao is a highly experienced specialist in hospitality marketing, sales, revenue management, and e-commerce, with a remarkable career spanning 17 years in promoting luxury and upscale hotels and resorts across Vietnam. Currently serving as the Director of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management at Salinda Resort, a prestigious 5-star boutique luxury resort located in Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam.

From 2011 to 2015, Thao demonstrated her impressive growth within the industry. Starting as a sales manager in charge of the leisure inbound market at Anantara Mui Ne resort, she rapidly progressed to the role of Cluster Revenue Manager, overseeing three resorts and hotels across Hoi An, Quy Nhon, and Hai Phong in Vietnam. Working with internationally renowned Thai brands such as Anantara and AVANI provided Thao with invaluable insights into business analysis, customer behaviors, market trends, and forecasting skills.

Thao's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English linguistic at University of Social Sciences and Humanities in 2004; a Post Graduate diploma in Hotel Operations Management from Switzerland in 2007, where she gained valuable insights into the operational aspects of the hotel industry. She also completed a management internship at Hilton hotels in the United States in 2009, expanding her international perspective. Currently, she's an executive MBA student at University of Quebec.
