Hi I’m Ann, a solo traveler who has been traveling the world for many years. I fell in love with travel while teaching English in Japan and meeting fellow travelers who shared the same passion and mindset as me. I had finally found my tribe!

Although I have a full time job outside of traveling, during the year I’m taking solo long weekend trips, stay-cations where I find new local adventures and at least one epic travel adventure somwhere new! Traveling solo has allowed me to learn so much about myself and realize how much you are capable of when you put your mind to it!

My hope is that this blog will encourage others to embrace solo travel and discover how liberating traveling alone can be!
