Hello, Travel Massive community! I'm Ken, the founder of Viata.
As both a conference attendee and organizer, I faced the same problem over and over - planning travel was tedious and time consuming. As an attendee, it took hours to find conveniently located and affordable hotels and activities in an unfamiliar city. I always relied on the organizers for local recommendations, but often had to copy and paste these from the event website into Google Maps one by one to figure out transportation.
As an organizer, I was essentially a travel agent for my guests, spending hours compiling and organizing this local information for them.

Is there a minimum event attendance size for your product?
I'd recommend to exhibit at or attend IMEX (a big conference for meetings and events industry) if you haven't already.
What's next on your product roadmap and what are the main market segments you want to grow in?

There's no minimum number of guests - Viata is currently being used for 10-person family reunions, all the way to 5000 person conferences. Exhibiting at IMEX is a great idea, we'll make a note of that for the coming year!
We have two main goals right now:
1. Work with more event organizers - our niche is events (conferences, film festivals, etc) from 100-1000 attendees. We want to get in front of as many people as possible in order to improve the product & grow through word of mouth.
2. Establish venue partnerships - we're working to partner with wedding venues all the way to large conference venues to create pre-built templates they can share with the organizers from every event they host. This has the added benefit of bringing them hotel commissions they wouldn't have been able to access otherwise!

Hey. :) Wow this is amazing. I love it, because I can see destination, opens, city. Travel Time Analysis - this is for me very important things, because I want to know, where can I go, where can I stay. But I miss where can I work in coworking. All the best!
