Hi everyone,
I'm Matthew Gardiner, the London Travel Massive director and founding chair of this new careers chapter in partnership with ITT. We’re here to connect people with ideas, inspiration, opportunity and each other.
Expect conversations with industry leaders, practical career advice, insights into the skills shaping our industry, and opportunities to learn from the people who are already making their mark. Because careers rarely follow a straight line. The best ones are built by staying curious, staying connected and continuing to learn.
We want people to understand that aviation, hospitality and travel and tourism is so much more than they might imagine. It's a diverse, exciting and constantly evolving industry, offering opportunities for people with all sorts of skills, interests, backgrounds and ambitions.
Above all, this chapter is about opening doors, creating connections and showing the next generation that there really is a place for them in our industry. Wherever you are in your journey, there’s a place for you here.
I look forward to seeing you at an event soon, either online, or in-person!
