My name is Bogdan Koveza and I'm the founder of Roomsharing, and partner at Norke Management Company. I have 15 years of experience in the hotel industry (including at international brands such as IHG, Accor, and Radisson), having worked my up from a restaurant intern to a hotel co-founder.
At Norke we opened 13 apartment hotels and 2 glamping resorts. My experience working at the hotel reception inspired me to develop the Roomsharing online check-in system to automate this process.
How Roomsing works:
After booking, the guest receives an SMS / WhatsApp message with a link to an online registration. After successful document moderation, a smart lock code is automatically sent to the guest. The guest can also open the room through the application or through a personal account via web access.
The platform utilizes AI-powered communication tools via messenger and phone to streamline operations by handling common inquiries instantly. This also significantly enhance the guest experience by ensuring prompt, personalized, and accurate support.
