Recommendations for a supplier/vendor database for tour operators

I am currently looking for a cloud based database platform that can help organize vendor/supplier information: Contact info, services, rates, keywords, notes about when and how to use them etc.

Tourplan is one of the best programs out there to use for this, though I know the cost can prohibative. If your company can afford it I would definitely recommend it.
