I like the concept of having a local travel agency fine tune and book the final trip itinerary. This is where most AI trip planners fall short because they can't do the bookings. Well done!
What were some of the challenges you had to overcome to develop an AI trip planner for Thailand? I imagine that ChatGPT is trained on English-speaking content and has some kind of bias. Did you have to make specific adjustments to ensure that the itineraries suggested local Thai experiences and accommodations?

Our Challenges:
- Much travel content is in Thai or not available online, posing both a challenge and an opportunity. While we leverage local knowledge to refine our algorithm, it demands additional effort to build product content.
- The Thai travel industry's reliance on manual processes makes implementing automation challenging. Operators prefer traditional methods like calls for quotes or bookings.
- Convincing users to trust and use an AI-based trip planner for both planning and booking is a significant hurdle. Presently, users utilize the trip planner tool without proceeding to bookings, which primarily occur through conventional channels such as emails and messages.
Our Q4-2024 Plan:
- Automate pricing for custom itineraries with added features such as guides and transfers.
- Expand our offering with more tours/activities and local accommodations.
- Enhance the planning workflow and algorithm for more specific and actionable itineraries.
- Encourage app users to book by improving UX/UI, and boosting trust through branding, marketing, and partnerships. We also aim to participate in more activities and events with Travel Massive to achieve this.
