Milan Travel Massive — A travel community in Milan

Come anticipato nella nostra ultima comunicazione, stiamo intraprendendo un processo per aumentare il coinvolgimento dei membri nella vita del chapter. In particolare, come prima iniziativa, stiamo organizzando un evento significativo in coincidenza con la BIT Fair dal 4 al 6 del prossimo febbraio.

Ecco le iniziative proposte per l'attività del Chapter:

1 - Come già precedentemente menzionato, è stato attivato un gruppo Telegram per interagire e coordinare meglio le attività del Chapter. Il link per accedere è

Raccomandiamo di utilizzarlo solo per comunicazioni riguardanti Travel Massive, evitando pubblicità o argomenti non pertinenti.
2 - Per raggiungere l'obiettivo di realizzare l'evento di febbraio, si terranno una serie di incontri online per sviluppare il progetto e coinvolgere i membri interessati a parteciparvi. Inizialmente, pensiamo di organizzare tali incontri ogni due settimane, ma questa frequenza potrà essere meglio definita nel corso dei lavori.
3 - Stiamo programmando il primo di questi incontri online in due sessioni, per permettere la partecipazione del maggior numero possibile di membri, l'8 e il 9 novembre. A tal proposito, verrà aperto un topic nel gruppo Telegram, dove sarà possibile concordare i dettagli con i membri in anticipo.

Siamo molto entusiasti di questa nuova fase del chapter e speriamo di vedervi partecipare numerosi.

Hello to all members of the Travel Massive Milan Chapter!

As mentioned in our last communication, we are embarking on a process to increase member involvement in the chapter's activities. Specifically, as a first initiative, we are organizing a significant event to coincide with the BIT Fair from February 4th to 6th.

Here are the proposed initiatives for the Chapter's activities:

1 - As previously mentioned, a Telegram group has been activated to better interact and coordinate the Chapter's activities. The link to join is t.me/+jXlOwigptTBhMzRk. We recommend using it solely for communications related to Travel Massive, avoiding advertisements or off-topic discussions.
2 - To achieve the goal of organizing the February event, a series of online meetups will be held to develop the project and involve members interested in participating. Initially, we plan to hold these meetings every two weeks, but this frequency may be adjusted as we proceed.
3 - We are scheduling the first of these online meetups in two sessions to allow as many members as possible to participate, on November 8th and 9th. To this end, a topic will be opened in the Telegram group, where members can discuss and agree on the details in advance.

We are very excited about this new phase of the chapter and hope to see many of you participate.

RESOCONTO DEL MEETUP DEL 28 SETTEMBRE

Ciao a tutti i membri del Milan Chapter!

Volevamo condividere con voi alcuni momenti salienti e decisioni prese durante il nostro recente incontro di Milan Travel Massive. Anche se il numero dei partecipanti è stato inferiore alle nostre aspettative, l'atmosfera è stata vivace e positiva, e le discussioni sono state costruttive.

Oltre a discutere di vari temi di interesse generale, abbiamo dedicato una parte significativa del nostro tempo a parlare delle future attività del chapter. Alla fine dell'incontro, abbiamo concordato su alcune iniziative chiave:

1. Maggiore Continuità nelle Operazioni: Abbiamo riconosciuto la necessità di una maggiore continuità nelle operazioni del chapter. L'obiettivo è aumentare il coinvolgimento e la partecipazione dei membri, incrementando la frequenza dei nostri eventi e promuovendo la loro collaborazione sia nella fase di ideazione che di realizzazione degli stessi.
2. Comunicazione Migliorata: Abbiamo sottolineato l'importanza di una comunicazione più costante e bidirezionale tra la leadership del chapter e i membri, per garantire che tutti siano sempre aggiornati e coinvolti nelle decisioni.
3. Prossimo Evento: Abbiamo deciso di programmare il nostro primo evento in concomitanza con la prossima edizione della BIT Travel Fair a Milano, che si terrà dal 4 al 6 febbraio 2024.

Siamo entusiasti delle prossime tappe del nostro viaggio insieme e speriamo di vedere una partecipazione ancora maggiore nei prossimi eventi. Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno partecipato e condiviso le loro idee e visioni.

Milan Travel Massive Meeting Recap

Hello to all Milan Chapter members!

We wanted to share with you some highlights and decisions made during our recent Milan Travel Massive meeting. Although the number of participants was below our expectations, the atmosphere was lively and positive, and the discussions were constructive.

In addition to discussing various general interest topics, we dedicated a significant portion of our time to talk about the chapter's future activities. By the end of the meeting, we agreed on some key initiatives:
Greater Continuity in Operations: We recognized the need for greater continuity in the chapter's operations. The goal is to increase member involvement and participation by ramping up the frequency of our events and promoting their collaboration in both the planning and execution phases.
Improved Communication: We emphasized the importance of more consistent and two-way communication between the chapter's leadership and members, ensuring everyone is always informed and involved in decisions.
Upcoming Event: We decided to schedule our first major event to coincide with the next edition of the BIT Travel Fair in Milan, set to take place from February 4th to 6th, 2024.

We're excited about the next steps in our journey together and hope to see even greater participation in upcoming events. Thank you to everyone who attended and shared their ideas and visions.
