Introduction
In Milan, the only significant fair focused on travel is the Borsa Italiana del Turismo, or BIT: the next exhibition will be from February 6th to 9th, 2024.
We want to seize this opportunity to create an event that will be discussed, decided upon, and advanced with the contributions of our members.
Meetup Organization
This will be the first in a series of meetings to develop and implement the BIT event.
There will be two different sessions to give our members more chances to participate: one on Wednesday 15th at 7:00 pm CET and one on Thursday 16th at 3:00 pm CET. We have opened a topic in the TM Milan Telegram group (the link to join will be published in the instructions for the attendees), where each attendee can indicate their preference.
Who is invited to Participate
While the invitation is primarily aimed at Milan Chapter members, we are more than happy to welcome the participation of any TM members, especially those experienced in event management; however, we believe that every member can contribute to community building by actively participating in collaborative events. Let's create an original and stimulating event together!
We recommend members complete their profiles because only verified members will be able to participate.

Introduzione
A Milano, l'unica fiera di rilievo incentrata sul turismo è la Borsa Italiana del Turismo, o BIT: la prossima edizione si terrà dal 6 al 9 febbraio 2024.
Vogliamo cogliere questa opportunità per creare un evento che sarà discusso, deciso e portato avanti con i contributi dei nostri membri.
Organizzazione dell'incontro
Questo sarà il primo di una serie di incontri per sviluppare e realizzare l'evento BIT.
Ci saranno due sessioni diverse per dare ai nostri membri più opportunità di partecipare: una mercoledì 15 alle 19 e una giovedì 16 alle 15. Abbiamo aperto un argomento nel gruppo Telegram di TM Milan (il link per accedere sarà pubblicato nelle istruzioni per i partecipanti), dove ogni partecipante può specificare la propria preferenza.
Chi è. invitato a partecipare
Sebbene l'invito sia principalmente rivolto ai membri del Milan Chapter, siamo più che felici di avere la partecipazione di qualsiasi membro di TM, specialmente se esperti nella gestione di eventi; comunque, crediamo che ogni membro possa apportare il proprio contributo alla costruzione della comunità partecipando attivamente a eventi collaborativi. Creiamo insieme un evento originale e stimolante!
Raccomandiamo ai membri di completare il proprio profilo perché potranno partecipare solo i membri verificati.
