🚀 The Madeira Startup Retreat aims to bring together 10 startups focused on Tourism & Travel for a 6-week mentorship program in Madeira islands, Portugal.
Since 2018, Madeira Startup Retreat welcomed in Madeira Island 39 international startups, 18 countries, 127 entrepreneurs, 32 nationalities, and over 50 mentors.
For 6 weeks the executive team of each startup relocates, works and shares business & knowledge experience here in Madeira Island, as well as, interacts with specialized mentors in Global Tourism & Travel from NOVA SBE.
This program not only facilitates and improves company culture but also promotes relaxation opportunities. By joining us, participants are able to partake in intensive networking events, training, and workshops.
To make your retreat an unforgettable experience, a complimentary local host is assigned to help participants truly experience and enjoy the uniqueness of the island.

Yes it is @maria-stoyanova. Nomad Stays was honored to be included in the 2021 cohort and spend a few months on Madeira. So, Linda, myself and our trusty CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) Dakar Dingo flew down for an intensive program (as well as lots of social events organised by the wonderful SUM team).
We can highly recommend Startup Madeira and hope our business partners who made it into 2022 cohort will also have a great experience.
With so few travel startup accelerator programs in the world the Startup Madeira one really shows through. Other travel startup founders should look closely at this one for future cohorts.
