It's very different to market and share stories about luxury hospitality than it is to work in that environment or interface with guests one-on-one. Personally, I also want to become more familiar with the nuts and bolts of F/B, whether that means sourcing, culinary arts, or marketing. I want to have a better understanding of destinations' unique food cultures and how this heritage can be used to gain life-long travelers.
