My name is Roberta Zennaro. I'm a Taurus with Scorpio rising a land in conflict where rationality and sentimentalism always fight against each other. I grew up in North eastern Italy, close to Venice, but recent years spent in Milan have risen more conflicts. I've always loved writing which is my favourite way of expressing feelings and impressions about what I do in everyday life. By writing I fix concepts which would remain in the air otherwise. I started writing poems when I was a child also to exorcise solitude. Then I started writing travelogs until my first journey to USA in 1998, I never stopped since then. An old pen and an old notebook are enough to take notes, then when I'm back I copy it in a readable way. More recently I've started writing traveltales about my personal experiences. I opened my travelblog after many friends of mine insisted asking me where I went, what I did, wishing to read my adventures on the web. Gamberettarossa was launched in August 2011 when I came back from Mongolia, a mythical journey in the steppe and Gobi desert. Little by little Gamberettarossa has grown as if it were my little child – by the way I haven't family or children. The words I use come from my heart and my soul, I'm pretty satisfied about the result even though I'm always aiming to improving my style, the contents and graphics.
